I bought this product on 1 May 2026 it was my 10th Wedding anniversary. My experience till date is quite satisfying. It cools the room so quickly, quality of the product is amazing and installation is also done the very Next day and nicely. Technician was well knowledgeable. But installation charges are so High, they charged me ₹3652/-🤔😱 which so desperating. Appearance is so good 😊👍. It is non wifi ac. It is also don't make noise works silently.

Service so much poor, product quality not good, Service charge too much high and machine do not do their job perfectly.New Ac install in three visit.i do recommended to buy such product.

I’ve been using this Panasonic 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter AC (CS/CU-SU18BKY3T) and the performance has been excellent. Cooling is very fast and powerful. Even in peak heat, the room gets chilled quickly and maintains temperature smoothly. The airflow is strong and evenly distributed, which makes a noticeable difference in comfort. The standout feature is definitely the Converti8 function. It allows you to control the AC capacity based on your requirement: - 40% for light cooling and maximum power saving - 60% and 80% for normal usage - 100% for full cooling - High capacity mode for rapid cooling when needed This flexibility is extremely useful. At night or when the weather is mild, I use 40% or 60% and it saves electricity without compromising comfort. When it’s very hot, switching to 100% or High capacity cools the room quickly. The inverter works smoothly without noise, and power consumption feels well controlled thanks to these adjustable modes. Build quality is solid, cooling is consistent, and overall performance is reliable. For anyone looking for a balance of strong cooling and control over electricity usage, this AC is a very good choice. And it's cheapest in its range and installation is standerd 1200 so it's cool

After I got this product delivered, it took 7 days for installation team arrive (they never come on booked slot and very understaffed). Then the installation was very unsatisfactory like water leaking started the very day from the AC. But it was resolved after another technician came after compliant. The Product itself is very good and very well engineered like attention to detail, but it's not very service friendly especially compared to Daikin. But again, with its dust clean and self-clean tech inbuilt, it probably won't need much servicing. When it comes to cooling, I can say that Hitachi cooling is a notch faster (same 1.5-ton 3 stars model), Panasonic is every much satisfactory cooling and can also cool the room within 10 min Aswell, just saying that Hitachi does the cooling even faster. But where Panasonic becomes the favorite and probably the best is its features compared to Daikin and others. Most AC brands don't give Powerful mode, but this one just don't have powerful mode and High-capacity mode, but also, we can manually adjust the capacity like 100 percent to 40 percent. we have full control over how much the AC should work like high capacity to economical 40 percent and anywhere in between. Also, its sensors also are accurate that cool only till the said temperature, very happy about it. While Hitachi has better cooling, the experience is like it cools too much as then turns off and let the temperature rise and the cycle repeats. But in Panasonic the cooling has different gears, like not too much cooling nor too less, unlike other AC brands which have only one cooling gear and we can't make it cool faster nor slower. FINAL VERDICT: - If you want to get this product installed early as possible, or you constantly change homes or may have to reinstall the ac in its lifetime, this AC might NOT be for you. You can choose Daikin or other brands with very good customer support, but Panasonic lacks in the Customer service compared to Daikin or Voltas. If you want latest tech involved AC with attention to detail and want reliable cooling for years to come, then it's just perfect. Also, during installation, beware of the lack lusting installation team and make sure they install with care and ensure there is no water leak, otherwise your whole experience will be very ruined. Also, this model is also suitable for huge rooms as its indoor unit is significantly bigger than its counter parts from other brands. Also, don't forget to avail rs.500 extended warranty for 6 years AREAS TO IMPROVE: - 1. Need more staff as even its customer call center number won't even connect like 7 out of 10 times as already some other customers are already filled the capacity, you need to take several hits to speak to a customer associate. Very understaffed and overworked crew. 2. Cheap tricks to get more money like they say the installation is only 1200 + gst( total is 1400), but they charge for rs.800 for stand which comes for only 450 on amazon, and extra 250 for third party stand installation for outdoor unit, extra 250 for stabilizer installation, extra 100 for pipes for water outlet which he buys from local shop right Infront of you might be even for less than 100. Total installation cost is rs2020 for me. 3. improve your slot appointment as it always slips out of its resisted time by the technician, installation takes more than 2 hrs. my 2-4 pm slot was addressed in 8 30 pm to 10pm in night. 4. Increase the copper pipes length as extension of pipes by welding will increase a point of leakage or vulnerability. Even your own technicians won't prefer it. 5.Put closure of the wall hole with pop/ white cement under your installation package like everyone else instead of charging extra 200.

The compressor and fan make a big humming noise at short intervals. The noise is big enough to wake you up in the night unless you slept after taking a sleeping pill. I have 3 other bands Acs installed in my home, all of which are much quieter than this one, even after 7-8 years of use. In comparison, this one makes noise from the very first use. I don't think about its usefulness after that time. We opened a service request with Panasonic, an engineer visited and said it's been built this way and cannot be fixed.

Works well even in voltage fluctuations and cooling is above average compared to other. Cooling is satisfactory till 25° but not below that.

Installation charges very high,ac is ok
