They're fantastic for indoors and not too hard to stop in. I tried outside, but the ball bearings don't allow the wheel to spin as well as a regular pair of skates, so it takes more effort to move, plus the wheels are small so they don't go over cracks easy. If you have smooth terrain outside or are in airports often, these are def worth it!

So, this is a really cool idea However, the execution is lacking For one, they're VERY heavy In addition, the first function (walking) is very uncomfortable. Besides being very heavy, the sole is not flat when the wheels are retracted. This makes walking normally impossible The skating function seems to be working ok - but it's missing a brake. So wasn't fully thought of All in all, great idea with poor execution from functionally perspective
