Stay home and relax! If you are really backed up it may work that Sam day if your not the back up still stay at home until the next day it will come out at some point!! But seriously the Tea is really good it’s not bitter at all and has a smooth quality taste that I enjoy

I boiled water and then placed the tea bag in my mug and poured the boiling water in. I let the bag sit for 5 minutes, per instructions on the box, then pulled the bag out and let the tea cool down. This was at 10am. Nothing happened at all until a half hour ago (8pm). I have no cramping at all, just the feeling that I'd have to "go" soon. I sat on the toilet and 4 waves of diarrhea came roaring out. I was disappointed because I was hoping to have solid poops the first few times to really feel like I was clearing out. The diarrhea I had felt like my body just threw together whatever to evacuate. I will say though there was a piece of spinach in my poop. I had a spinach salad a week ago. So it is getting rid of things backed up in there. Only gave it 4 stars because it took 10 hours to work, and it feels like that's gonna be the only time I go. And my bumhole burns right now from the diarrhea. Which never happens so I gotta put it down to this tea.
