Jane's Advance Strike Fighters - Playstation 3

Great game but a bit short.

I bought this game for my younger brother who just graduated from the Air Force academy. He likes the action and finds the game a challenge.

Graphics OK, by yesterday's standards, and little difficult to setup flight stick to. otherwise OK, don't look to be wowed!

Nothing to complain about, the inserts were there, the disk plays well; games a tad odd compared to Ace Combat but it's fun non-the less.

SAYS CHECK BACK LATER UNDER EVERY CATEGORY. Support, Downloads, etc. There are only 3 missions in campaign mode and you can finish them in about an hour. Then if you try Onlone mode you cannot play as a single player and there is no one available for a mission. So basically you cannot get to the "Extensive Online Play" and the "extensive library of advanced aircraft". Basically there are only 4 planes available and that is it.The whole sales pitch is a lie and the gaming company that developed it seems to be mute on the subject with the "Check back tag line" they put under every selection on their website.AVOID THIS WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT. IT IS A PLAGUE BELIEVE ME. It dishonors the magnificant Janes reputation of awesome warfare simulation. In the early 90's the ATF - Janes Advanced Tactical Fighter was the most advanced and awesome simulator of all time.This is obvioulsly a cheap knock off that Janes should never have put it's name on.DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY or you will be sorry.

Pretty great game. I flew F-4s and F-16s for about 20 years and they do a pretty good job for the price.

Game is 6/10 compared to ace combat

US Version aber funktionniert tadellos auf eine E.U. PS3 version !Das Spiel scheint mich überhaupt nicht zu enttäuschen wenn ich mit Ace Combat vergleiche ;-)

「あの」ジェーンズ年鑑が監修！でつられました。ギリです。○○ゲー？いや、でも、んー。エースコンのシューティングゲーム感覚はないし、他のシミュレーター程の再現性（？）もない。設定も架空の国家。機体だけが現実のもの。でもこんな塗装の機体あるの？爽快感も緊張感も無く、ただ淡々とミッションをこなしていく。機種も結構少ない。持っていることに意義を感じる一本です。

I have to admit I was unsure how this "game" would play out with real aircraft. It's a must have for anyone who is into flying real fighter jets. The controls and graphics are good, not great, but still fun to play.A thank you too the customer service department! They let me know the game would be a couple of days late because it's a best seller and were waiting for more. Thanks guy's. It was worth the wait!
