CORSA 14114 Cat-Back Exhaust System with X-Pipe

I had this Corsa Extreme (14114) system installed on my 2004 C5 today by the local Midas Shop. Big improvement over the lame stock exhaust system! But not as loud as I was worried it might be. Very pleased. I chose this particular model after calling Corsa and talking to a fellow that knows his vettes. He said this one was the best sounding system of any of them (vs. Sport or Touring). He was right! Believe it or not, the best price for the system I found (November 2011) was from Amazon for $1,257.96. No tax, FREE SHIPPING, and it arrived in two boxes in just 3 days! Amazon's page said there may be a 1-2 day delay in shipping, but there wasn't. Glad I did not attempt to change the system myself. I was under the impression that it was a bolt-off and bolt-on change, but in fact, you have to cut the two pipes in back of the two catalyctic converters and then use a hammer spreader (I'll call it), so that you can then insert the catbacks. The rest of it was bolt-on though. The most difficult part of the job was aligning the tips.

Love the Exhaust, didn’t like getting half my order and spent around a hour on the phone straightening it out.

Looked online for a while.. and looked at dif types of exhausts, corsa claims to have no drone.. its true.. i was expecting to hear a loud rumble the whole time im driving but its just as quiet as the stock exhaust from in the cabin while cruising. when you punch it, it def screams :D makes me want to gun it after every stop sign! I wouldnt recommend the pace or touring editions from corsa or whatever they are.. i think they would be too quiet. This exhaust is perfect! easy to install also

After checking out over a dozen other exhaust systems for my 2002 Vette, I chose this Corsa exhaust and couldn't be happier. Much better than the factory exhaust. Car sounds much better, especially at higher revs.

Best sounding exhaust for a corvette period nothing else compares I tried to order this system through summit racing and they couldn’t even tell me when it would arrive so I went through Amazon and haven’t been happier

Arrived on time. Packaged well. Looks great. BUT, how can I spend this kinda 💵 and CORSA doesn’t even provide a decal for my toolbox?! 😂

I was worried that it may be too loud on my C5 corvette, not at all... don't notice it just cruising around, but now I like to go through town so I have to stop and go. It sounds so awesome when accelerating from a stop. Can feel the added horsepower at full throttle. Wish I would have done it years ago.

Sounds great quiet when you want loud when you want and down shifts burble love it
