Stylish and sleek. Easy to install. Pumps an adequate amount of soap for each pump. Large container below sink that can hold up to a normal sized bottle of dish soap. Easy to refill dispenser when it is nearing empty. Looks great on our kitchen sink and feels good to the hand when using. Sturdy, stylish and very functional.

I bought two of these several years ago to use them with Bronner's Castile liquid soap. I learned that diluting the soap with tap water results in a cloudy mixture that damages the barrel in this pump. The original pumps got stickier and stickier, and replacing the o-ring didn't restore their smooth pump action. Using distilled water to dilute the Castile soap instead of tap water keeps the resulting mixture clear, and several months later, the new pump is still going strong. These pumps match the vibrant stainless finish on the Kohler faucets that I bought and installed in our kitchen with the first pumps. They look great, and now they work great!

Very high quality build. Much better than the one I replaced & matches the kitchen faucet from Kohler perfectly. Maybe a little expensive for what it is, but you get what you pay for I suppose. Ultimately I’m happy with it.

Quality dispenser. Did have to replace the pump assembly (super inexpensive replacement part), but I think it's cuz I used a concentrated dish soap - too thick, and the pump seized up. Use regular soap and you should be fine. New pump assembly installed and works like a charm - smooth as butter, and perfect amount of soap dispensed every time. Looks real nice too. Oh, and so easy to fill! Though, don't overfill or you'll have bubbles in your sink for hours. Just stop short of full, it's not worth the risk of the headache :)

For 10 years I had had another brand's sink soap dispenser- (2 of them) and I thought it was just me... the soap would come out in little spurts and the little nozzle did not extend quite far enough. Finally it broke (probably from having to hit it so many times to get the soap out) that I decided to research to find another brand. Credit a lot of the reviews on Amazon, I settled for the Kohler K-1893 and am very happy I did. It feels like solid metal, the nozzle reaches out further AND the soap comes out in just the right amount- not too much and not too little- One pump is all you need to get enough soap.

It perfectly matches our new Kohler faucet in our recently remodeled kitchen. I love the way it keeps the counter clean and free of excess objects. It was easy to install and has worked well for the last three weeks.

up date on product, finally talked to a real person, she was able to exchange dispenser and had it to me by next day air , the new dispenser works great, it was installed in October and works great , Thank you Amazon for your help.

highly reco it. very high end quality. had a few from ikea in the past. pump started leaking after a year. this is holding up and looks very solid.

Very convenient to use rather than taking the dish soup out constantly.
