I used it for the first time today. It really does make the frosting white without using the back of adding a few drops of purple.

Great for icing, turns icing bright white. I took off a star because its thinner than other gel colors and seems to require more color to get the desired result.

I used this white gel coloring on my sponge cake design, and I am super impressed! I diluted it for the highlight on the strawberries and used full strength for the seeds and flowers. I really like the brightness of this white. Very nice.

J'aurais du regarder les commentaires des clients avant d'acheter ce produit. Car la dose donnée est en ounce ce qui ne me dit rien et quand j'ai ouvert le paquet je n'en ai pas cru mes yeux. Pour le prix demandé c'est une honte! Sans compter qu'il n'y a pas de date de péremption.

The product is described as being 0.2L, which is 200ml. But the product is only 21g - about 30ml. I was expecting 10x this quantity
